Partnering  non-profit foundations with an existing profit-oriented corporations creates a dual-management structure that will literally transform the corporate world.  This new management structure will dramaticly shift corporations  away from the present profits-first and profits-only mentality.  Under this dual management structure, corporate employees, corporate  customers, and the environment have equal standing with making a profit.  Raping the environment and sacrificing employee health and well-being for profit will become a thing of the past.   The age-old war between corporate management and employees will also vanish.   It is literally the much needed redesign for the present,  highly destructive, business structure knows as unbridled capitalism.
